With the extensive application of the development model of horizontal wels and cluster wels in the global oil and gas fields,there is an increasing demand for “factory drilling” engineering,and it is also facing some technical chalenges.In the process of development of unconventional oil and gas reservoirs such as dense oil and gas,coalbed methane and shale gas,it is difficult to develop problems such as technical difficulty,high cost and poor economic efficiency.“Factory drilling” mode is an efficient operation mode,which can effectively solve the development problem.In the process of drilling,fracturing and production test,through the application of advanced technology and equipment and management mode,and “factory” batch operation,can greatly reduce the cost of the project,and effectively achieve the goal of efficient development of unconventional oil and gas fields.Chad oil field is located in the Bush with the bad natural environment conditions,the vegetation cover is frail,and the environmental protection request is harsh.Therefore,the cost of the well site and the road land acquisition and construction is high.Compared with distributed pattern of Chad in the first phase,it is necessary to reduce the cost to use the factory drilling and completion operations.The design and control of the “factory” drilling trajectory is one of the key technologies in the implementation of the “factory” drilling operation.Therefore,this paper focuses on the design of the “factory” drilling platform and well trajectory,and the engineering design and analysis of 8 wels in the Daniela basin,Bongor basin,developed in the 2.2 phase of chad.The D1-14,D1-17 and D1-22 platform positions are optimized by mathematical modeling and genetic algorithm programming,and the sum of the horizontal displacement of the target is minimized.The well track profile and anticollision scanning are designed for eight wels of D1-14 platform in Daniela Oilfield,and it analyzes the difficulties of the trajectory control of the inclined section,and puts forward the technical measures.
