With the deep-going of oil-gasfields exploration and development, exploration anddevelopment regions are also increasing. The development of some old area remaining oil,marginal oil reservoirs and shallow sea intertidal zone oil and gas reservoirs become theimportant way to increase production. Utilizing cluster wells technique can save a large ofbasic construction investment, such as the investment of roads and well fields construction,and save earth space. It also makes the exploited well network of the oil field more reasonableand optimized, increases the bare area of the oil layers, and raises the recovery ratio. And it isconvenient for oil production centralized built-up stations and management. This paperbuildes up the cluster wells anticollision optimize design method, wich is based on drillingplatform location optimization, rig selection and platform global optimized arrangement,drilling wellhead arrangement optimization, drilling sequence optimization, well sectionoptimization, and so on. Buides up the cluster wells operating technique, including the welltrajectory control technology, anticollision scanning and three-dimensional barriers bypasstechnology,“one trip, one well”technology, surface pre-cline technology, anticollision jobprogram, downhole insurance measures. Finished the well array overall design of the AT9zone and row601cluster wells, introduced the operating technique application cases, andformed the initial application method. This technology also offeres a reference for design anddrilling of cluster wells.
