With the development of the automobile industry and the increase in the number of cars,the pollution of automobile exhaust is becoming more and more serious for people.The technology of S-Zorb has high efficiency of desulfurization.Since the set of equipment used in an oil refinery,due to its high-speed gas-solid two-phase flow within the pipeline,The erosion of the pipeline is serious and restricting the long-term operation of the device.The experiment and numerical calculation are used to solve the problem of pipe wear.A tube flow experimental device was made up at first.The flow rate was measured by a Phase Doppler Particle Analyzer(PDPA).The numerical calculation of the test tube was carried out by using the Discrete Phase Model of Fluent.The results are compared with the experimental results to verify the accuracy of the model.The flow distribution of adsorbent pipeline is studied by the resulting numerical calculation model.The erosion and failure of the adsorbent pipeline in the S-Zorb device under the actual working conditions were obtained by the case of erosion failure and non-destructive testing.The programs of changing the depth of oblique intubation,control the boundary conditions and processing the materials of pipeline were used to protect and slow down the rate of erosion of the adsorbent pipe.The study ensures the long-term safe use of the device and has significant social and economic benefits.
