The growth characteristics of microbes in oilfield rejection water have been studied in this paper.The results show that temperature and pH are the most important factors affecting the growth of bacteria.Three kinds of bacteria have their best growth temperature and pH.The range of experimental mineralization degree has little effect on the growth of three kinds of bacteria,but which can reflect that the increase of mineralization degree has bad effects on the growth of bacteria.The effects of different chemicals on the growth of bacteria are different.KPS,PAPEMP and JY-6 can promote the growth of TGB in different degree,and the effect of PAPEMP is the most obvious,PAM has no effect on TGB.The effect of KPS,PAPEMP and PAM on FB is not obvious and JY-6 has no effect on FB growth.The amount of aeration is beneficial to TGB growth and reproduction and has a little effect on FB,the growth of SRB is inhibited significantly by aeration when the ORP is greater than-100mv;Mg2+can promote the growth of SRB and TGB and has no effect on FB.Fe2+can promote the growth of SRB and FB and has no effect on TGB.Fe3+has no obvious effect on the growth of SRB and FB and has no effect on TGB.Ca2+has a certain effect on SRB and TGB and has no effect on FB when it reaches a certain concentration.SO42-can promote the growth of SRB but the impact on TGB and FB is not obvious.Aiming at the problem of poor bactericidal effect of chemical fungicide in sewage treatment station and that bacteriological indicators in the outbound sewage is up to standard but not in the water injection wellhead,the oxidized fungicide chlorine fungicide?SJJ-01?and non-oxidizing fungicides 1227 have been screened by indoor experiment screening,and SJJ-02 with good bactericidal performance can be mixed by1227 and field fungicide.The result shows that they all have a good bactericidal effect when the concentration of SJJ-01 is 30mg/L40mg/L and the concentration of SJJ-02 is40mg/L50mg/L.The sterilization of SJJ-01 is broad and rapid,the sterilization of SJJ-02 can keep long time.Different combinations of functions can ensure that the bacterial indicators of injection wells meet standards.Two kinds of fungicides all have good compatibility with scale inhibitor ZGJ-01;The sulfur and steel materials in water seriously affect the residual chlorine content and bactericidal effect of SJJ-01;In addition,the influence between two fungicides will decrease at pH=7.8.And when the time interval is greater than 2h and the longer the interval is,the smaller the mutual influence of the two fungicides wil be,the better the synergistic bactericidal ability will be.Sterilization test on site shows that adding fungicide at one time firstly then adding fungicide stablely?dosing point of SJJ-01 is located in the purified water tank and dosing point of SJJ-02 is located in front of the last stage of the water injection station?can ensure that bacterial indicators of various monitoring points meet the oil field water quality standards,which can also save money and will not change the type of water,increase the corrosion rate and so on.The experiment shows that this fungicide and technology can be considered to be applied to the field.
