The produced water reinjection is widely used to enhance oil recovery in the oilfield. However,it may cause environmental pollution because of poor management. In our country the technical specification of produced water reinjection pollution control has not been formulated,so its impact to the groundwater has widely been paid attention. One of the problems that the oil companies focus on is how to promote the legalization of reinjection and how to formulate technical specification of pollution control. The research summarizes the problems of reinjection that arise in the oilfield in China by the way of conducting surveys of the typical oil fields;and analyzes the risk of reinjection from three aspects, which are compliance risk, management risk and technical risk,by investigating details, then points out the problems in need of solve in the case of risk control; At the same time,a lot of regulations and technical specifications of developed countries about reinjection pollution control are translated.Based on the translation, the research analyzes the technical risk index of pollution control of different regulations. Finally, reference text is formulated about the risk control of compliance risk, management risk and technical risk.According to the results of the oilfield surveys, the reference text and the results of the comparative analysis, the research proposes controlling countermeasures regarding the risk of produced water reinjection, puts forward constructive suggestions for the problems of reinjection that arise in the oilfields, and proposes constructive suggestions for making scientific and reasonable specification of pollution control in China.
