FCC gasoline selective hydrodesulfurization is mainly to cut the gasoline into light components and heavy components.Heavy components are desulfurized using hydrogenation method,and light components are used etherification to reduce olefin.Then heavy and light components are mixed to FCC gasoline.The etherification process can not only reduce the olefin content,but also can improve the octane of gasoline.It will be obtain more C5 tertiary olefins if the cutting temperature is increased to 70°C and the content of the ether in the light component can be increased.But the sulfur content of light gasoline can reach 30?g/g or more,which sulfur content will cause the blending gasoline failed to meet the national five vehicle gasoline standard.Therefore,this topic is based on the cooperation between China University of Petroleum?Beijing?and Petro China Lanzhou Chemical Research Center.In this thesis,we have studied and developed the deep desulfurization adsorbent for light gasoline and investigated the process conditions of the adsorbent.We investigated and analyzed the domestic gasoline adsorption desulfurization field of patents and find that gasoline desulfurization technology is in a mature period,the institution for application is mainly leading enterprises of gasoline industry and petroleum professional colleges.The main application of patent applications is the preparation of adsorbents,desulfurization technology research,FCC gasoline desulfurization and other fields.The research on the desulfurization technology of light gasoline is in the minority,which belongs to the blank spot of gasoline desulfurization research.Different ZnO-based supports were prepared by the kneading method,and the different active components were loaded by an isovolume impregnation method.Taking light gasoline from Shandong Chambroad Petrochemicals Co.,Ltd.as feedstock,the desulfurization effect comparative experiments on different preparation conditions were carried out in a fixed bed reactor.The optimum preparation conditions of the adsorbent was 6%Ni loading on the ZnO-TiO2 carrier,and the adsorbent was calcined at 500?for 3 hours.The properties of the adsorbent were tested,which particle crushing strength of the adsorbent was 58.20 N/cm,the average pore radius was 42.10 nm,the specific surface area was 31.60 m2/g,Ni content was 6.01 wt.%.The results showed that the adsorbent penetrating time was 147 h,the penetration of sulfur was 8.82%,while the octane number loss of 1.5.The desulfurization reaction process was optimized.We investigated the effects of the following conditions on the desulfurization effect of the adsorbent,including reaction temperature,reaction liquid space velocity,reaction hydrogen oil volume ratio,reaction pressure and different sulfur content feedstock oil.The desulfurization effect of the adsorbent was the best under the following conditions,which reaction temperature was 350?,volume space velocity was 9 h-1,hydrogen to gasoline volume ratio was 50,reaction pressure was 0.5 MPa,sulfur content of 50?g/g.The results showed that when sulfur content of 50?g/g,the adsorbent penetrating time was 618 h,the penetration of sulfur was 11.1%,and octane number loss of 0.6.
