Air pollution has become a serious problem and gained great concern.The fine particles,the main component for air pollution,are also carriers of bacteria,which is vary harmful to human.Air filter materials are considered to be the effective barrier to resist air pollution,but the traditional filter material can not effectively filter the submicron particles,which makes it incapable to meet people's expectations.So,akind of air filtration material is of great theoretical significance and application value with high filter efficiency,low pressure drop,good antibacterial performance and haze resistance.In this paper,electrospun nanofibrious membrane?ENM?was prepared by electrospinning technique,and the air filtration performance and antibacterial property of as-prepared ENMs were studied in detail.The main research results are as follows:?1?PA6 ENM was prepared by electrospinning technique.The suitable condition for preparing PA6 nanofiber is 13%of solution concentration,19 kV of voltage,and 17 cm of distance between needle and collector and collector.Under the operating condition,the PA6 ENM exhibits uniform nanofiber structure and the mean diameter is 95 nm.The microstructure and chemical structure of PA6 ENM were confirmed by FTIR and XRD,which indicates that part of?crystal form transforms to?crystal form.The air filtration performance test reveals that the optimized electrospinning time is 10 min.Moreover,the PA6 ENM displays excellent PM2.5filtration efficiency of 99.75%,low pressure drop of 47 Pa,which can meet the requirements of low resistance and high efficience as an air filter.?2?The Ag nanoparticles were prepared by aqueous phase oxidation-reduction method with the presence of the reducing agent of sodium borohydride?NaBH4?and the stabilizer of citric acid.The proper pH value is 5.0 for uniformly binding Ag nanoparticles on PA6 nanofibers.The air filter performance testing shows that the filtration efficiency of PA6@Ag ENM is 99.99%for PM2.5,and the corresponding pressure drop is 42 Pa.Moreover,the bactericide rate of PA6@Ag ENM is 99%.Additionally,the PA6@Ag ENM exhibits cell compatibility,with the relative growth rate?RGR?of cell of 99.07%and the cytotoxicity level of 1 level.PA6@Ag ENM shows excellent antibacterial activity and good biosecurity.?3?Further more,the ENMs were applied to the actual air filter device.PA6@Ag ENM was replaced with nonwoven fabric of the disposable mask,and the filtration performance was improved remarkably.PM0.3.3 filtration efficiency increases from 54.52%to 99.29%and pressure drop decreases from 78 Pa to 49 Pa.The PA6ENM was installed in air conditioning.After the cigarette burned,PM2.5concentrations of room can be reduced from 400?g/m3 to 40?g/m3,which was less then 25?g/m3 than that without ENM.Nicotine,benzene and phenol can be adsorbed by PA6 ENM.Installed in air purifier,PA6 ENM and PA6@Ag ENM can well absorb toxic and harmful components such as SO2,NOx,xylene and phenol homologues.Based on the electrospinning technique,a kind of air filtration material,with high filter efficiency,low pressure drop,good antibacterial performance and haze resistance,is promising in air filter area.
