With the development of living condition,more and more people tend to show unique personality,thus hair coloring becoming a fashion and hair dyes are welcomed.However,the harm caused by long-term use of hair dyes has aroused widespread public concern,so people pay more and more attention to green,safety,environmental protection and health.The requirement of existing hair dyes is no longer limited to changing the color of hair and pursuing fashion.Instead,they begin to attach importance to the safety and hair nourishment of hair dye products.On the dyeing properties of the extraction process of shikonin and turmeric and its application on in ox hair was studied.The main work is as follows:In the first place,the extraction process of the pigment in purple grass and turmeric was studied.Results show that the ultraviolet spectrop Hotometry method of radix arnebiae seu lithospermi and turmeric pigment content in high precision,stability and repeatability,recovery was:radix arnebiae seu lithospermi average recovery were 102.84,96.75 and 101.42;The average recovery rate of turmeric is102.72,95.47 and 93.95 respectively.Using L9(3~4)orthogonal experiment to optimize the ethanol extraction of radix arnebiae seu lithospermi and turmeric pigment extraction process,determine the best extraction technology conditions for:radix arnebiae seu lithospermi for ethanol concentration 80%,material liquid than 25,40 min extracting time,ultrasonic power 275 W.Turmeric is 80%ethanol,the liquid ratio is 1:45,the extraction time is 40min,and the ultrasonic power is 495 W.Secondly,the complex experiment of two color systems,which are mainly purple and turmeric,was conducted respectively.The compound experiment with purple grass as the main content was:purple grass,walnut dry skin,mulberry,gallnut,ginger and mordant A;The compound experiment with turmeric was:turmeric,mericuli,alizarin,tea and mordant A.On the basis of the compound experiment,L*was the main evaluation index,and the dyeing properties and dyeing process of purple grass and curcumin were studied.Preliminary investigates the dyeing time,temperature,pH and mordants such as single factor experiments to determine the dyeing process,and dyeing process are optimized by the orthogonal experiment,the optimum dyeing process are:radix arnebiae seu lithospermi dyeing temperature 50?,pH value of 5.0,2 of mordant,the dyeing time is 80 min,minimum value under the condition of the L*,top dyeing rate in dyeing;Turmeric dyeing temperature 50?,pH value of 5.0,3 of mordant,the dyeing time of 80 min,minimum value under the condition of the L*,top dyeing rate in dyeing.The staining stability was studied under the condition of staining,and the stability of the light was the most stable after treatment with the four methods:soap washing,pickling,hot water washing,shampoo and light.After the combination of purple and turmeric,the color of purple grass is close to black and gray with the naked eye.Turmeric is a dark brown color with strong light stability.In line with our frequent exposure to light after dyeing our hair,in order to develop black and brown lines,according to the principle of trichromatism and trichromatism,it is recombined with other materials with different pigments.
