As we all known,the printing and dyeing industry has caused some pollution to the natural environment.As people pay more and more attention to ecological and environmental protection,green textile has become the key technology for the development of the printing and dyeing industry in this century and the research hotspot of scholars.Natural pigment,as a green dye,going with the tide of the times.It is more and more popular for people because of its non-toxic,harmless,healthcare function on human body and good biodegradability.In this paper,indigo pigment and turmeric pigment microcapsule pigment are prepared,and their particle size distribution,alkali resistance and light resistance are analyzed.The natural indigo pigment viscose fiber is prepared by wet spinning.The microstructure of colored fiber is systematically studied and its structures and properties are tested.Fabrics with different depths are obtained by adjusting the color value of indigo pigment,at the meantime the evenness and color fastness of the fabric are tested.The particle size of turmeric pigment microcapsules prepared by in-situ polymerization is more than 2?m,which could not meet the requirement of pigment particle size of viscose filament fiber spinning color paste.However,the indigo pigment paste with the average particle size of 329.0 nm can be obtained by wet grinding.The particle size distribution is even,which is in line with the indigo pigment paste used in the raw solution dyeing spinning solution.Compared with ordinary viscose fiber and dyed viscose fiber,the cross section of indigo pigment viscose fiber is full,then the cross sections of the three kinds of viscose fiber are all serrated,and the natural indigo pigment is embedded evenly in the colored viscose fiber.It can be seen from the infrared spectrum analysis that the addition of pigment would have a certain impact on the internal structure of viscose fiber,but it would not affect the basic mechanical properties of indigo colored fiber.The moisture regain of indigo viscose fiber is 9.36%,which is slightly lower than that of ordinary viscose fiber.The static friction factor of indigo viscose fiber increases with the content of indigo pigment,and the dynamic friction factor of indigo viscose fiber is higher than that of ordinary viscose fiber.There is a direct proportion relationship between the amount of natural indigo pigment additive and the amount of color additive from colored fiber,R~2=0.97,the fitting degree is good.The fabric obtained from the natural indigo colored fiber has good dyeing uniformity and can reach to grade 5 color fastness to sunlight,grade 4-5 color fastness to soaping and friction?grade 5 color fastness to high temperature.The fiber not only improve the poor color fastness,but promote the disadvantage of its can not be used in large quantities of natural dyes in the textile industry as well,making it content the industrial production.
