With the development of global economic,as one of the most widely used oil transportation method around the world,pipeline transportation occupies an increasingly important position.Comparing with other transportation method,it takes advantage of safe and efficient.So it becomes main transportation method of oil and gas.Meanwhile,the ageing and damage of pipeline are more serious due to the increase of its useful life.In our country,many pipeline has been used more than 20 years and enter the pipeline accident prone period.Pipeline leakage will cause environmental pollution and waste of resources.In order to ensure smooth energy transportation,pipeline inspection work is necessary.At present,the most widely used pipeline leak detection technology is nondestructive testing.Pipeline magnetic leakage detection technology is the most mature method.In order to cope with more and more high request of pipeline detection,more perfect detection technology is needed.In order to detect pipeline defect more effectively,an internal wall electromagnetic detection method is proposed.The electromagnetic field magnetize the pipeline when the detector moves along the pipeline.There would be no defect if no leakage of the magnetic field.If there is defect,the magnetic field leakage can be detected.The characteristics of the defect can also be detected according to the magnetic field leakage.In order to carry out the theoretical study,ANSYS software simulation is used to establish the pipeline magnetic leakage inspection simulation model.The simulation analysis is carried on to obtain different directions of component characteristic curve results of leakage magnetic field on both radial and axial.The defect length and width,and its position are study factors.We change parameter settings to get signal curve figure of pipeline leakage radial magnetic field component signal and axial component under different conditions.The relationship between defect magnetic leakage and different factors are analyzed according to the curve characteristics.Through the analysis of the ANSYS simulation results,it is concluded that if there is defect of pipeline and the influence on the magnetic leakage of defects by changing the length,width and position of defect.It is also concluded that the change of defect leakage magnetic field when defect measurement parameter changes and the change of each component when defect position changes.Finally,through comprehensive analyzing to verify the relationship between leakage magnetic signals and the defect characteristics,a series of methods of analyzing pipeline defects according to the pipeline defect leakage magnetic field shape rule are concluded so that pipeline leakage magnetic detection accuracy of judgment can be improved.
