Absorbing coating generally refers to a coating coating sprayed on the surface of materials and equipment with special microwave performance.The coating used is generally known as microwave absorbing coating,and it is also known as radar absorbing coating in the field of military and classified aircraft application.At present,coating material absorbent widely used in related fields is mainly divided into two parts:non-metallic material substrate and metal-containing material substrate.Metal-containing material substrate,which is widely used,can be divided into conductive polymer series,polycrystalline iron fiber series and ferrite series.Coating material characteristics of itself,substrate material properties and physical properties of the coating surface is directly affecting the coating durability and corrosion degree of influencing factors,and the precision of the coating technology and coating equipment is directly affected the surface of the coating process and flatness,together with wide application scene,and the equipment working environment very different between different scenarios,This indirectly increases the complexity of coating integrity detection.In this paper,for ferrite series magnetic loss absorbing coatings,a coating defect detection scheme was proposed by performing magnetic signal writing and magnetic signal reading on the surface of the coating,and a coating detection prototype was designed and realized according to the theoretical scheme.In the design index,a variety of defects of magnetic loss absorbing coating on the surface of a specific test specimen can be effectively detected.The prototype design process involves the following parts of the work content:1.Designed the hardware related parts,analyzed the requirements,determined the index requirements of the sensors used in the detection system and the relevant circuits,and selected the sensors and related devices based on the requirements.Reasonably planning the hardware layout structure to meet the actual use requirements and functional requirements of the detection system,at the same time to achieve the expected design index of detection accuracy,and at the same time to achieve low noise circuit as far as possible.2.Motion structure and mechanical fixed structure.In view of the mechanical movement that may be needed by the detection system in the use process,the appropriate device is triggered and selected to build the motion platform from the actual use point of view,and the motion controller of programmable motion is selected to achieve unified control of the movement.At the same time,according to the specific requirements and functional needs of the detection system,the design of a reasonable fixture plays a role in fixing and adjusting the circuit and hardware of the detection system.3.In the software design part,the functions required by the system are analyzed from the testing reality,the related functions are designed from the bottom of the software,the zoning positions of each function are reasonably allocated for the control interface on the surface of the software,and the software optimization work such as user-friendly operation is carried out.
