Layered double hydroxide(LDH)and Layered hydroxide salt(LHS)are two kinds of layered materials,which has exchangeable anions in their interlayer,based on this feature can inset Pesticide compounds into the layers of LDH and LHS to Synthesis pesticide slow release agent under certain conditions.Cyclodextrin(CD)is a kind of tubular structure compound which can accommodate different kinds of compounds in the cavity selectively.Cyclodextrin accommodates pesticide molecules to form inclusion complex and insets into the layers of LDH and LHS to prepare a new-style pesticide slow release agent,to controlled release drug molecule,can achieve the consequence of effective use of drugs,and extend the duration.Firstly,using sulfobutyl ether-beta-cyclodextrin(SBECD)accommodate cyhalothrin(C),beta-cypermethrin(BC),then inset into LDH(LHS)to synthesis the hybrid materials of LDH(LHS)-SBECD-C(BC),research the structure and release behavior;Secondly,using sulfobutyl ether-beta-cyclodextrin(SBECD)and carboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin(CMCD)accommodate chlorpyrifos(CPF),then inset into LDH to synthesis the hybrid materials of LDH-SBECD(CMCD)-CPF,research the structure and release behavior;finally,preparing the micella of dodecyl dimethyl sulfo betaine(DSB)and beta-cypermethrin(BC),to synthesis the hybrid materials of MMT-DSB-BC,research the structure and release behavior.main obtained results are as follows:1.Take ZnAl-layered double hydroxides(LDH)and NiZn-layered hydroxide salt(LHS)as main part,take SBECD/C and SBECD/BC as object,take ethanol and NMP as solvent,synthesis hybrid materials,the structure and thermal stability are characterized by XRD,FT-IR and TG-DTA,research the release behavior in pH5.0,6.8 environment,release mechanism is also analyzed based on five kinetic models,the results show: inclusion complex SBECD/C and CMCD/BC inset into LDH(DHS)successfully;DHS-SBECD-BC(E),DHS-SBECD-C(E)has the best sustained drug release effect,reach the balance after 300min;The release behaviors of different samples are well described with pseudo-second-order and parabolic diffusion models.2.Take ZnAl-layered double hydroxides(LDH)as main part,take SBECD/CPF and SBECD/ CPF as object,take ethanol and NMP as solvent,synthesis hybrid materials,the structure and thermal stability are characterized by XRD,FT-IR and TG-DTA,the results show that both SBECD/CPF and CMCD/CPF are successfully intercalated in the interlayer;the release behavior of CPF from LDH-SBECD-CPF and LDH-CMCD-CPF nanohybrids were investigated and analyzed in pH = 5.0 and 6.8.LDH-CMCD-CPF had the slow release property,and LDH-SBECD-CPF was not;The CPF release kinetic process can be well fitted with pseudo-second-order and the parabolic diffusion models.3.Inset DSB into the interlayer of MMT in different condition,XRD analysis shows that sample MMT-DSB under the condition of 60°C,stirring 48 h has the best rystallinity,and there is no impurity peak;Using the method of micellar to synthesis the hybrid materials of MMT-DSB-BC,the structure and thermal stability are characterized by XRD,FT-IR and TG-DTA,results show that DSB/BC are successfully intercalated in the interlayer of MMT,and the release behavior of BC from MMT-BC and MMT-DSB-BC nanohybrids were investigated and analyzed,MMT-DSB-BC had the slow release property,and MMT-BC was not.
