Electrospun tourmaline/polymer composite fiber membrane with the characteristics of both tourmaline and polymer,and it was a kind of new functional composite material with widely applications.In this work,the poly(L-lactic acid-polycaprolactone)copolymer(PLCL)and polyurethane(PU)were selected as polymer matrix,then added the tourmaline as additive,and then prepared a series of tourmaline/polymer composite fiber membranes by electrospinning.The migration and movement behavior of tourmaline particles during the preparation of electrospun composite membranes and the regulation of tourmaline particles on the composite fiber membranes were studied,finally the migration and movement mechanism of tourmaline particles during the electrospinning were put forward under the premise of the experimental results.This work with great significance to the preparation and application of later tourmaline / polymer composites.The migration behavior of tourmaline particles occured on the PLCL and PU electrospun fiber membranes.In the PLCL electrospun fiber membrane,when the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS)was added directly to the spinning solution at a 5 wt% addition(relative to the mass of the tourmaline particles),the internal migration and dispersion of the tourmaline particles were the best.When the addition of sodium polyphosphate was 5 wt%(relative to the mass of tourmaline particles)and joined when balled mill the tourmaline,the tourmaline particles got the best external migration.In the PU electrospun fiber membrane,the introduction of SDBS and sodium polyphosphate could not help the tourmaline particles achieve better internal migration or external migration,and the tourmaline particles agglomeration phenomenon got intensified.The tourmaline particles and their migration under the action of electric field could play a role in regulating the fiber morphology,mechanical properties,infrared emissivity and hydrophilicity of PLCL and PU electrospun fiber membranes.In the PLCL electrospun fiber membrane,when the tourmaline particles were internal migrated,the mechanical properties and the infrared emission rate were best controlled,that was because tourmalines were wrapped inside the fiber,the dispersion was the best,and the stress concentration was the smallest;when the tourmaline particles were internal migrating,because there were more tourmaline particles on the fiber surface,the the hydrophilic get the best control,the membrane of pure PLCL fiber was changed from hydrophobic to hydrophilic.In the PU electrospun fiber membrane,tourmaline particles and their migration increased the tensile strength,the Young's modulus,the elongation at break and the infrared emissivity,and the membrane of pure PU fiber was changed from hydrophobic to hydrophilic.
