With the steel enterprises in low profit era,how to improve the logistics efficiency and reduce logistics costs to expand their own "third profit source" is an important means for them to occupy the advantage in the fierce competition in the market.The raw material storage is the terminal part of raw material procurement logistics and is also connected to internal and external logistics.The raw material storage's efficiency and cost has a very important effect on Iron and steel logistics.With the development of computer technology,which can provide technical support for the raw material storage of iron and steel enterprises.Based on raw material storage's process description,modeling,and combined with the scheduling optimization algorithm,the raw material storage scheduling system is realized..According to the actual situation of the enterprise,it is analysised and described that the raw material storage problems from the vehicle distribution angle,thereby establishing the not optional warehouse and optional warehouse model of raw material storage scheduling.In light of not optional warehouse of raw material storage scheduling problem,a collaborative improved Gravitational Search Algorithm(GSA)is proposed to solve such a dispatching problem.The algorithm uses the mass formula of variable pressure to balance search and exploitation ability.The cooperative operation to information sharing is applied to speed up computation.The general dynamic reverse learning strategies based on the symmetric interval is introduced when diversity is missing to increase the diversity of population.In light of optional warehouse of raw material storage scheduling problem,a GSA with master-slave structure is proposed to solve such a dispatching problem.Master structure to solve truck incoming order problem,salve structure to solve truck incoming which optional warehouse problem.Finally,taking the actual data of raw material storage process of A steel company in Hebei Province as an example,and through comparing with other algorithm scheme to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.In view of the low degree of enterprise informatization,slow circulation of information and the problem such as control strategy that is difficult to implement,It is designed and implemented the raw material storage scheduling system of the enterprise,and the storage of materials engineering,database table relations,the function module are described,then finally through the core functionality page displaied the system application is described.
