Rhodamine 6G Association Particle Resonance Rayleigh Scattering Spectral Method for CadmiumIn sulfuric acid medium and arabic gum,Cd(?)and potassium iodide reacted with hodamine 6G to form association complex molecules that were aggregated to association particles with a resonance Rayleigh scattering peak at 319 nm.The decreased RRS intensity?I370nm was linear to the Cd(?)concentration in the range of 3.90×10-9-3.5 × 10-6mol/L,with a regression equation of ?I=148.43C+270.13,coefficient of 0.9835.Accordingly,a new resonance Rayleigh scattering spectral method was established for detection of Cd(?).Part ? Surface plasmon resonance Rayleigh scattering spectroscopy to detect trace amounts of energy transfer nano-fluorineIn pH 4.0 acetic acid-sodium acetate medium,H2O2 and Ti(SO4)2 reaction to generate a yellow[TiO(H2O2)2]2+ complexes,the complexes can make gold nanoparticles(NG)to create a strong resonance Rayleigh scattering peak at 370 nm.After adding fluorine ions,fluorine ions and yellow complexes to generate a more stable and colorless TiF62-complexes,and TiF62-complexes cannot make NG gathered,and the RRS peak ?I370nm decreases linearly.With the increase of fluorine ion concentration,yellow association content reduce,NG aggregation degree reduced,and the RRS peak ?I370nm decreases linearly.Under the selected condition,as fluorine ion concentration increases in 5.0×10-7-1.0×10-5 mol/L,the RRS peak ?I370nm decreases linearly.In pH 4.0 acetic acid-sodium acetate medium,fluorine ion and fluorine reagent(FR)and La(?)to generate blue ternary complex,the color of the solution with the increase of fluorine ion solubility blue gradually deepened,in this case and add nanogold,liquor color shows the red to the film of gradient process,the system of resonance Rayleigh scattering light intensity decreases with the increase of fluorine ion concentration at 370 nm.Under the selected condition,As fluorine ion concentration increases in 1.7×10-7-1.3×10-5 mol/L,and the RRS peak ?I370nm decreases linearly,the linear regression equation was ?I370nm=263C+35.7,The method is applied to the analysis of the determination of fluorine,the result is satisfactory.Part ? Resonance Rayleigh scattering detection of trace phosphate and silicateIn 1.2×10-2 mol/L sulfuric acid solution,PO43-reacts with ammonium molybdate to form a yellow phosphorus heteropolyoxomolybdate that caused the gold nanoparticles(NG)Resonance Rayleigh scattering peak decreased at 350 nm.Under the selected conditions,the decreased intensity is linear to PO43-concentration in the range of 2.56×10-8-2.82×10-5 mol/L.In 1.2×10-2 mol/L sulfuric acid solution,SiO32-reacts with ammonium molybdate a yellow silicon heteropolyoxomolybdate ionic association,yellow silicon heteropolyoxomolybdate ionic association does not make gold nanoparticles(NG)aggregation,so that the solution with the higher concentration of silicate,gray and black color gradually changed from red,yellow association complex increases,NG degree of aggregation decreased,resonance Rayleigh scattering peak at 350 nm decreases.Under the selected conditions,SiO32-ion concentration in 6×10-6-10-4 mol/L range and resonalce Rayleigh scattering light intensity at 350 nm to reduce the value of ?I linear.At 1.2×10-2 mol/L sulfuric acid solution,P043-reacts with ammonium molybdate a yellow phosphorus heteropoly oxomolybdate ionic association,yellow phosphorus hetero poly-oxomolybdate ionic association does not make silver nanoparticles(AG)aggregation solution with higher phosphate concentrations,AG reduced the degree of aggregation Resonance Rayleigh scattering peak at 350 nm decreases.Under the selected conditions,PO43-ion concentration in the 2.56×10-6-3.08×10-4 mol/L range and resonance Rayleigh scattering light intensity at 350 nm to reduce the value of ?I linear.At 1.2×10-2 mol/L sulfuric acid solution,SiO32-reacts with ammonium molybdate a yellow silicon heteropolyoxomolybdate ionic association,yellow silicon heteropolyoxomolybdate ionic association does not make silver nanoparticles(AG)aggregation,so that the solution with the higher concentration of silicate,AG reduced the degree of aggregation,resonance Rayleigh scattering peak at 350 nm decreases.Under the selected conditions,SiO32-ion concentration in the 4×10-8-10-6 mol/L range and resonance Rayleigh scattering light intensity at 350 nm to reduce the value of ?I linear.
