Liquor distiller's grain is a byproduct of brewing liquor produced,large and concentrated,how to scientific and reasonable utilization has been paid close attention to.This paper from the optimization of preparation enzyme,strain selection,process conditions bacteria enzyme producing protein feed by of distiller's grains and Azotobacter chroococcum with mixed bacteria fermentation and its influence on the production of feed protein fermentation.The results are as follows:(1)Both of Trichoderma koningii and cellulase could degrade the cellulose of distiller's grain,when the former inoculation was 9%,crude fiber content could decrease to 13.28%,when the latter was 75U/g,the crude fiber content reached about 11.49%.The fermentation time of the former was long,produced a large number of green spores,which affected the color and quality of the product.The latter has the advantages of simple operation,short treatment time,the degradation effect better advantage.Compound enzyme preparation than single enzyme degradation effect was more significant,through the factor analysis test,the optimal dosage of three enzymes were cellulose 75U/g,xylanase 200U/g,?-glucanase 20U/g,the crude fiber content could be reduced to about 8.95%,could suffice the required standards of feed.(2)Candida utilis,Lactobacillus casei and Bacillus subtilis had the good compatibility.The effect of three strains mixed fermentation of distiller's grains was the best,followed by double fermentation.The inoculation proportion was 2:1:1.(3)The best condition was the nature pH,inoculation volume of 10%,28?,water content of 53%,fermenting for 5 days.Under that condition the crude protein content of the fermentation products was the highest,could be 31.26%,which was about 56.07%higher than the content of the initial fermentation substrate.(4)Azotobacter chroococcum had a good compatibility with the mixed strains(Candida utilis,Lactobacillus casei and Bacillus subtilis).The initial mixed strains fermented with Azotobacter chroococcum,the crude protein content of fermentation product could reach 33.22%,which was about 6.34%higher than the content of the initial mixed strains.
