Hunan province is located in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river and has "the JiangNan land of fish and rice" reputation,it is also well known for the famous "hometown of non-ferrous metals",which is minerals and reserve has important position in the country.With the continuous development of social economy,the exploitation of mineral is active.The food safety problem and the influence of heavy metal pollution are the important issues at present.Rice is the main food crops in China and the quality of rice is the key to our human health diet.Hunan province,the traditional rice production base in China,sorts of heavy metal contamination incidents were continuously appeard in recent years,Soil heavy metal pollution,which is the primary influence factors,not only leads to deterioration of the environment,but also influenced the quality of the crops and affect human body health directly.The research samples of soil and rice were collected from Changsha,Zhuzhou,and Xiangtan.The research contents is including 3 sections:(1)The heavy metal content in soil and pollution assessment;(2)The heavy metal contamination status in rice;(3)The enrichment rule of heavy metal in rice and the correlation analysis of the environment.This paper aimed to gain more resourses in Changsha,Zhuzhou,and Xiangtan rice safty protectionThis experiment was divided into sampling in field and testing in the laboratory.The results showed that:(1)Cd is the most serious polluted factor in soil;the Nemero index is vary in different area;the soil samples' pH in Zhuzhou are lower than 7,and Xiangtan's are higher than 7.(2)the content of Cd in rice is much higher than the limit standard;the sampling area are contaminated by Pb,Cd and As in different level.(3)Cd has the strong biological effectiveness and enrichment in rice;the content of heavy metal in rice has corelation with the quality of soil.In general,releasing and controling the heavy metal of soil is an effective way to protect the environment and ensure the safty of rice.
