H electric power company have owned 500kV substation more than 20 seats.The oldest one have been running for more than 20 years,the latest one has just put into running,.They constitute a interworking platform for the north-south grid,a channel for the power transmission from west to east,a placement of the power delivery,it is also the important location of the country's electricity network,and it is an important guarantee for the development of the province's economy depends on.500kV substation contains 500kV power equipments,220kV power equipments,35kV power equipments and DC equipments,which contains the transformer who have the ability to conver the voltage level,the breakers who can disconnect current circuit,the disconnect who can show a clear disconnect point,The bus which collect the current of the distribution,The voltage and current transformer,which can measure and control the voltage and current,the relay protection and the communication device which can remove the fault points rapidly and corretly when the power device or the line encounter failure,Reactive power transfer system,the station power and DC system which supply the operation power and the motor power for there devices.And maintenance a safe production of a 500kV substation,is to maintain the safety and stability of the various devices within the substation running,any link,can not appear abnormal and accident.This shows that the safety management of 500kV substation is a difficult and complex task,but also need to study the factors that affect the safety of production and effective safety management method and the strict implementation to use,to ensure the safe and stable operation of the main power grid in China.The main contents and results of this research are as follows:(1)To collect and study the regulations of the safety production management of 500kV substation in H electric power company.(2)To analysis of the safety accidents of 500kV substation in H electric power company,research safety management regulations in the 500kV substation in the specific application and implementation of the situation,to find out the cause of the accident is still happened.(3)To analysis of the factors that affect the safety of 500kV substation of the H power company,and analyze emphasizely the human factors of habitual violation.(4)Proposed recommendations about safety production management of 500kV substation to the H electric power company.
