Study On The Construction Safety Evaluation Of Fabricated Substation

As the most important part of the power network,transformer substations undertake the important tasks of converting voltages and transmitting electrical energy.In the process of advancing the construction of power grids,prefabricated substation construction projects have the advantages of standardization,modularization,factorization,and mechanization.The on-site pouring operation has been greatly reduced,which has reduced the site safety risk to a certain extent,and has become a new development direction.However,because of its strong professionalism and comprehensiveness,it also has the characteristics of difficult quality control and high process management requirements.This article sorts out the development status and construction content of prefabricated substations through literature analysis.Based on grounded theory and literature review,5 primary indicators and 28 secondary indicators were obtained,and the construction substation construction safety management index system was further established.Based on this theory and expert interviews,the analytic hierarchy process was used to formulate the construction of substations.Safety management evaluation index system,and compile a substation construction safety management score sheet.Finally,combined with engineering examples,an expert team was formed to carry out a safety assessment of the a 110 k V Substation.Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,it was concluded that the safety management of the project is good,but there is still much room for improvement.Finally,combined with the actual weight of the project and the weight of the safety influencing factors,from the five aspects of "man-machine-material-method-circle",suggestions are given to promote the safety management of the prefabricated substation.
