Phthalate esters?PAEs?are a type of plasticizer with softening effect,which has relatively low,because of these advantages are widely used in textiles.In daily life,textiles are closely related to our daily life,it can be used of the various details,such as the living materials with the PAEs,,as well as clothes in our life are belong to textile materials and so on,it will make the human body exposed to two formic acid esters in these processes.this substance is a kind of environmental hormones,it will slowly immersed in the human body,affecting the human endocrine system.In the domestic and foreign,The contents of PAEs were limited in textiles inabroad.At present,priority control list also joined three kinds of phthalate estersad in China's water pollution.respectively dimethylphthalate,diethylphthalate and dibutylphthalate.so determination of these PAEs content in textiles is very necessary.In order to detect the PAEs of textile products more efficiently,the sample technology has some shortcomings,in order to obtain a higher extraction efficiency and to detect trace and even trace pollutants more conveniently and fast in the environment,a new sample pretreatment method which called in-tube capillary solid-phase extraction was been developed.Before sample in-tube capillary SPE pretreatment,the best solid phase extraction should be chosed,we select four kinds of different solid phase extractants:C188 extraction column,Oasis MAX extraction column,Oasis WAX extraction column and Abselut NEXUS extraction column.Detecting PAEs used SPE-GC,and compared the eluent types,eluent volume,elution rate and adsorption capacity in the process of extracting PAEs.Then the best solid phase extractan was been found which is the C18extraction column.The optimized extraction conditions are:normal hexane-acetone as the eluent,the volume is 3mL,the elution rate is 1mL/m.Then the optimal solid phase extraction column C18 was used as filler in the capillary to make in-tube capillary column.According to the actual parameters of the capillary column and the extraction conditions of C18,the optimized extraction conditions of SPE column were obtained.The 1.2uL methanol and 1.2uL to activate the extraction column,solution load velocity is 0.5?L/min.A method of in-tube capillary SPE-GC is developed to detecte the PAEs.The detection limits of DEP and DMP was 4.1ug/L,/L,/L,4.8ug,5.4ug,and,DBP.The method presents a good linear relationship,and the enrichment factor of PAEs is more than 100 times.The recoveries of DEP,DBP and DMP were84%-99%,88%-97%,84%-98%,and the relative standard deviations were 6.02%,4.23%and 5.34%,respectively.The device is simple and easy to operate,and has less extraction steps,high sample utilization ratio,large specific surface area,wide range of solid phase extraction in the experimental process.This method is used to detect the real samples of textile,the feasibility of the method is verified,and the results are satisfactory.it is verified that the capillary SPE column is robust,simple,high sample rate,high organic solvent dosage,high enrichment factor.This method of in-tube capillary SPE-GC can detect PAEs of textiles rapid,concise and availably.Advantages of the proposed method are excellent sensitivity and acceptable reproducibility.
