Biodiesel has wide application in the energy and chemical industry,as a substitute for diesel products.There are many defects in the first generation of biodiesel which is fatty acid methyl ester as the main component in traditional,but the second generation of biodiesel preparing by hydrocracking process gradually become a hot spot.The reaction conditions of hydrocracking process for biodiesel production,carrier selection and the comparison of catalytic hydrocracking performance in different catalysts is mainly researched in this article.Divided into the following results:1 The mass distribution of the reaction products and the quality,yield and the contents of the normal alkanes of the most important product-light oil component to define the basic condition was investigated,that was reaction temperature 250?,and reaction time 2h.2 Using the quality and yield of the light oil component as the main indicators,the mass distribution of the reaction products and the contents of the light oil component as the supporting indicators,to research the effect of catalytic cracking with five different molecular sieve.The results show that,SBA-15 has the optimal catalytic cracking effects,and SBA-15 was determined to use as a carrier for subsequent experiment.3 Pd/SBA-15 and Pt/SBA-15 catalyst was prepare,additionally choose Ni,Mo,Co,W four transition state of metal elements to prepare Ni-Mo/SBA-15,Co-Mo/SBA-15,Ni-W/SBA-15,Co-W/SBA-15 four kinds of catalyst in the form of two coordinate to reaction,By means of FT-IR,XRD and BET characterization to explore the changes of various catalysts under the conditions of different load rate and different atomic ratio,and based on the total content of nomal alkanes in the light oil component,combining distribution of alkane,quality and yield of light oil components to determine the catalytic effect of the catalyst,to obtain the conclusion that:the effect of precious metals is Pd/SBA-15>Pt/SBA-15,and both the precious metal catalysts are superior double metal complex catalysts,and catalytic effect of double metal complex catalyst is showing the following:Ni-W/SBA-15>Ni-Mo/SBA-15>Co-Mo/SBA-15>Co-W/SBA-15.
