Restrike,commonly used when drawing once lead to rupture and invalidly forming.This thesis research mainly uses the method of combining with the physical experiments and numerical simulation tests,take the cylinder and the square box parts as the main research object,and chooses 6022-T4 aluminum alloy,change the die's radii to reach the purpose of changing load strain paths,mainly for the system research of 6022-T4 aluminum alloy in the cylinder and the square box restrike in corner forming characteristics.In this paper,the main research contents: first,the preparation of national standard tensile test and cup drawing test sample,and the corresponding physical test experiment was carried out,the basic mechanics performance parameters o f 6022-T4 aluminum alloy sheet is obtained,key material performance parameters required for BARLAT2000 yield criterion and forming limit diagram by physical tests,which lay a foundation for numerical simulation.Then BARLAT2000 yield criterion are embedded in the DYNAFORM and ABAQUS software,so as to establish a numerical simulation test based on BARLAT2000 yield criterion of 6022-T4 aluminum alloy material model;Finally,by changing the die radius of in the cylinder and square box restrike and the first drawing depth of square box restrike numerical simulation tests respectively based on DYNAFORM and ABAQUS software platform have been carried out.According to test results of numerical simulations obtained,the change of die radii lead to the relevant corner drawing forming law and parameters significance during the 6022-T4 aluminum alloy cylinder and square box restrike,which help to determine a reasonable corner parameters significantly from big to small respectively: die corner and the first drawing depth,for the 6022-T4 aluminum alloy square box restrike technology on actual parts processing to provide technical support.Finally,this paper expounds the typical 6022-T4 aluminum alloy square box restrike process,and the design method of this Die,under the condition of existing physical test,physics tests of typical 6022-T4 aluminum alloy square box restrike have been carried out,that is to say,in the die corner radii is 9 mm and the first drawing depth is 10 mm,11 mm,12 mm,13 mm,14 mm and 15 mm respectively,then analyze and compare with the results of numerical simulation shows the limit drawing depth from big to small in turn is the physical tests,ABAQUS,DYNAFORM simulation tests,the results of numerical simulations based on BARLAT2000 yield criterion of square box restrike on ABAQUS is more consistent with the physical test results,and analyze their reasons of differences.
