In this paper,single-tube?-Al2O3 ceramic support body was prepared by extrusion molding and sintering the solid particles using?-Al2O3 as aggregate,carboxymethyl cellulose?CMC?as a pore-forming agent and a binder,a lubricant and a plasticizer glycerol,TiO2,MgO,MnO2 as composite sintering aid.And influence of the body preparation process?dry system,firing system?and formula?carboxymethyl cellulose additive amount of sintering aids the addition amount?on the performance of the support were also studied in this paper.The sample were characterized by thermal gravimetric analysis?TG-DTG?,X-ray diffraction?XRD?,scanning electron microscopy?SEM?and self-assembly equipments.The results show that:?1?The suitable drying system of wet blank support is:the temperature is 25?,humidity of 30%RH,drying time is 48 h;?2?The suitable sintering System is:heating at a uniform heating rate of 12,6,12,4?/min respectively in 30200?,200350?,350800?,8001200?,and insulating30min,60min and 120min respectively at 350,800 and 1200?,and then cooling to room temperature.Like this,you can get?-Al2O3 ceramic membrane supports having good performance.?3?Effects of CMC,TiO2,MgO,MnO2 and their amount on the properties of?-Al2O3support were mainly studied in this paper.In this experiment analysed comprehensive effects of CMC,TiO2,MgO,MnO2 on the physical properties?porosity,bending strength?and the chemical properties?acid/base corrosion weight loss?and the microstructure?SEM,XRD?and the other aspects of performance of?-Al2O3 support.The rusults show that the optimal amount of CMC is 3.0%,the bending strength of the sample prepared at this time to 70.67MPa,the porosity is 38.29%,the pure water flux is 6891.76 L/m2·h·MPa,acid/alkali corrosion weight loss rate is 1.06/1.33%;the best addition of TiO2 is 3%,and the bending strength of prepared sample is 70.75MPa,the porosity is 31.58%,the pure water flux is 5489.64L/m2·h·MPa,acid/alkali corrosion weight loss rate is 1.88/1.60%;the best amount of MnO2 is 1.5%,and the bending strength of prepared sample is 80.3MPa,the porosity is 38.25%,the pure water flux is 6579.52L/m2·h·MPa,acid/alkali corrosion weight loss rate is 1.22/0.90%;the optimal amount of MgO is 0.5%,and the bending strength of prepared sample is 77.63MPa,the porosity is 35.71%,the pure water flux is6741.53 L/m2·h·MPa,acid/alkali corrosion weight loss rate is 1.22/0.90%.
