In recent years,the rapid development of economy make our life take place great changes,people's require for life quality also increased,in order to meet the demand of people,all kinds of functional clothing arise at the historic moment.“Thermostat clothing” is one of the functional clothing category developed faster and more popular among people,it's a new kind of functional textiles developed by combining phase change materials with fabrics,according to temperature change,the phase change materials in clothing can occur solid-liquid or solid-solid reversible change,the process of change will be accompanied by heat absorbing and releasing,the heat absorb and release process is automatic,infinite loop,therefore,it has a two-way thermostat function.Intelligent thermostat clothing helps keep the body surface temperature,the body dressed in comfortable while reducing air conditioning energy consumption,in line with “low-carbon green” requirements of our society.Polyethylene glycol(PEG)is the most reprersentative type of solid-liquid phase change materials,it can occur phase change in a hot and cold cycle,so there is a certain temperature range.So this topic chooses PEG as phase change material to develop intelligent thermostat fabrics.In the research process,using DSC method tested the phase change temperature and phase change enthalpy of single phase change materials PEG-800(reagent),PEG-1000(reagent),PEG-1000(medical),PEG-1500(reagent),through the analysis of DSC atlas we can learn that the phase change temperature of PEG-800 is47.7?,phase change enthalpy is 194.8J/g;phase change temperature of PEG-1000 is46.3?,phase change enthalpy is 151.9J/g;phase change temperature of medical PEG-1000 is 41.7?,phase enthalpy is 176.7J/g;phase change temperature of PEG-1500 is45.8?,phase change enthalpy is 178.95J/g;By using schroeder formula to calculate the theoretical minimum eutectic point between different PEG complex,through a large number of experiment,eventually determine choose medical PEG-1000 and reagent PEG-1500 as a single phase change materials for the preparation of the phase change temperature within 31~33? composite phase change materials,the optimal proportion is8:2.The key point of this paper research focus on choosing 2D resin as cross-linking agent,study and analyze the cross-linking reaction of polyester/cotton fabrics.Due to the gain weight of fabric has a greater influence on the thermal activity,and 2D resin can make fabric strength decline,therefore,we choose weight gain rate and strength drop rate as the evaluation indexes.Using the single factor analytic method to analyze 2D resin concentration,catalyst Mg Cl2·6H2O/citric acid molar fraction ratio,curing temperature,curing time,then through orthogonal test method to determine the optimal cross-linking deposition process of polyester/cotton fabric: the concentration of 2D resin is30g/L,Mg Cl2·6H2O/citric acid(3g/L)molar fraction ratio is 6:1,curing temperature is140?,curing time is 160 seconds,liquor ratio is 1:20.Raw materials select polyester/cotton blended yarn(65/35)with fineness 18.4 tex and14.7 tex.Using CMS530 HP fully automatic computer flat knitting machine weaves six basic different organizational structure of knitted fabrics including weft-knitting stitch,1+1rib,half-milano rib stitch,milano rib,half cardigan stitch,cardigan stitch.Fabrics treated by the best crosslinking process are becoming intelligent temperature control fabrics.We test the cross-linked polyester/cotton fabrics thermal activities,thermal and moisture comfort,mechanical properties.Specifically including phase change temperature,phase change enthalpy,weight,the fabric thickness,bursting strength,air permeability,moisture permeability,water absorption,thermal insulation,etc.Come to the conclusion:the fabric treated can play a certain thermostat effect,as well as meet the requirements of knitting clothing performance,so it is suitable to develop intelligent thermostat knitting fabrics.68 Figures,32 Tables,111 References.
