the electro adsorption and de ionized technology is a new water treatment technology which is used to remove the inorganic salt ions in water by using the double layer structure. In this experiment, activated carbon was used as raw material, the activated carbon was prepared by TiO2.The activated carbon was prepared by sol-gel method, and the coating method was applied to prepare modified activated carbon electrode. In this experiment,we used the scanning electron microscope?SEM?,iodine adsorption value, specific surface area and pore size analyzer?BET/BJH?,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy?FTIR?,X ray diffraction?XRD?to characterize the morphology, adsorption properties, pore structure, surface chemical properties and crystal structure of the activated carbon electrode by cyclic voltammetry?CV?.Respectively, the following conclusions are obtained:?1?The optimum parameters of the activated carbon in hydrochloric acid pretreatment were as follows:10%,100?,and the processing time was 1h.The highest iodine adsorption value of activated carbon was the highest in this parameter.?2?The optimum conditions of TiO2 modified activated carbon powder were:Ti?C4H9O?4 6ml,C2H5OH,32ml,H2O 4.7 ml,CH3COOH 1.8ml,Hcl 0.3ml,AC 2.2g.?3?The experimental determination of the poly?vinyl fluoride?as the binder, the graphene as the conductive agent, the graphite piece as the collection fluid, and the mass fraction are:80%,10%,10%,the modified activated carbon electrode performance is best.?4?The best working parameters of simulated wastewater in small deionized:the interval is 0.5cm and the flow rate is 20mL/min,voltage is 1.5V.
