Determination Of Illegally Added Chemicals In Health Food By LC-MS

This paper using liquid mass spectrometry(LC-MS)to research the health foods of alleviate physical fatigue and reducing weight that selling on Internet,find out the kinds of illegal added chemicals commonly used in above two kinds of health foods.This paper using liquid chromatography to determine the content of illegal adding chemicals,so as to master the detection of illegally added chemicals and provide a reference for regulation illegally added chemicals in health food.The main research results are as follows:1)Using liquid mass spectrometry to determine the illegally added chemicals in the health food of alleviate physical fatigue:Hongdenafil,Vardenafil,Sildenafil,Tadalafil,homosildenafil,AminoTadalafil,Hydroxyhomosildenafil,Thioaildenafil,Norneosildenafil,Pseudo vardenafil.By optimizing the influence factors of mass spectrometry,Gas Temperature,Gas flow rate,Frag mentor,Collision Energy,makes the detection of chemical to achieve the best effect.Using liquid chromatography to determine the content of illegal added chemical,mobile phase was triethylamine phosphate solution:methanol+acetonitrile(1+1),UV detection wavelength was 230nm,while doing the detection limit and recovery of this method,to inspect the feasibility and credibility of the method.2)Using liquid mass spectrometry to determine the illegally added chemicals in the health food of reducing weight:caffeine,furosemide,phenolphthalein,fenfluramine hydrochloride,sibutraminehydrochloride,N,N-DidesmethyIsibutramineHydrochIoride?N-Desmethylsibutramine Hydrochloride.By optimizing the influence factors of mass spectrometry,Gas Temperature,Gas flow rate,Fragmentor,Collision Energy,makes the detection of chemical to achieve the best effect.Using liquid chromatography to determine the content of illegal added chemical,mobile phase was 0.02mol/L ammonium acetate solution(adjusted to pH 4.0 with acetic acid):acetonitrile,UV detection wavelength was 225nm,while doing the detection limit and recovery of this method,to inspect the feasibility and credibility of the method.3)Based on the test results,summed up the illegally added chemicals of these two types of health foods,and counted the positive rate and content of positive chemical in each category of health food.Found out the need to focus on supervision of health food brands and manufacturers,etc.Provide accurate risk monitoring data for law enforcement and assisted them to develop the line and effective policies.
