The products of the cyclohexane oxidation include cyclohexanol,cyclohexanone,adipic acid,glutaric acid and so on.The selectivity oxidation of cyclohexane is one of the important industry reactions for the products can be used in many areas.Cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone are important intermediates to produce adipic acid and hexanolactam.Adipic acid can be used as the intermediate for the manufacture of nylon 6,6',nylon-6 of the polymer,urethane foam,plasticizer and lubricant etc.At present,people pay more and more attention to the catalytic oxidation of cyclohexane and it become one of the hotspots in research.Looking for the suitable catalyst for cyclohexane oxidation has become one of our goals.In this paper,we looked for the optimal catalytic oxidation condition by changing the amount of H2O2,water,HNI3,and different solvents and setting different temperatures.Further more,we did some researches on VOSO4 in cyclohexane oxidation reaction about the catalytic activity by adding some metal additives,such as Cu(NO3)2,Co(NO3)2,Ni(NO3)2,Fe(NO3)3 and Zn(NO3)2.And we synthetized three kinds of vanadium complexes[VOL(aha)](L=L1=N'-(4-oxopentan-2-ylidene)picolinohydrazide for 1,L=L2=2-methoxy-N,-(4-oxopentan-2-ylidene)benzohydrazide for 2,L=L3=3-chloro-N'-(4-oxopentan-2-ylidene)benzohydrazide for 3,aha=acetohydroxamate)successfully,and the crystal structures determined through the X-ray single crystal diffraction method,elemental analysis,IR,UV have been used to characterize the complexes,and the catalytic properties of the complexes are discussed in detail.In addition,we also studied the catalytic effect of mixing acids additives on complexes of[Co(bdpdt)(dipic)].3H20(4)and[Ni(bdpdt)(dipic)]·3H20(5)(bdpdt:2,4-bis(3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-6-diethylamino-1,3,5-triazine,H2dipic:2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid),and comparing with the three new kinds of vanadium complexes.
