In this thesis,Jinchuan Nickel Smelting Process existing low-nickel matte converter blowing process the problem of low recovery of cobalt,when intended for blowing high nickel matte converter to reduce the iron content,So that more of cobalt into the converter slag,and then through electric depleted-BOF-cobalt-rich ice pressure leaching of copper-nickel-leaching solution into an electrolytic process to extract cobalt-made solution.In order to determine an economically viable cobalt-rich matte wet processing route,by comparing the merits of different processes,intends to select two different processes.One selective pressure leaching,by controlling the temperature?pressure?pH?reaction time increase of nickel,cobalt leaching rate of copper,iron slag suppressed;Two pressurized immersion,the first dip after a period of atmospheric oxygen as raw materials in the entire leaching alloy phase,and then through a pressurized immersion nickel?cobalt?copper leaching rate reached a high of iron in the slag is substantially inhibited,leaching solution by swirling electric lift copper electrolytic cobalt residue after the acid-soluble nickel method in addition to cobalt.Experimental results show that the pressure leaching process is more suitable for handling full-cobalt-rich matte,The whole process of leaching rate%:Ni>98.0?Co>99.0?Cu>97.0?Fe<2.0;Tons of ore acid consumption:150kg/t mine.The route technology is mature,the process short,high yield cobalt?nickel and cobalt with the companys existing technology reasonable convergence.
