IPMC transmission device has unique superiority used as a robot joints:simple structure,driving without bearing displacement limit,light weight,soft material is easy to cut to the desired shape,no noise.Beginning in the 1990s,the preparation and application of IPMC have been widespread attention by scientists.Currently base material of IPMC is Nafion,this IPMC material also has certain defects.This thesis will first choose the ionic polyurethane as the base material of IPMC,hoping to resolve the deficiencies.The main contents are as follows:?1?Sulfonic acid group-containing and carboxyl group-containing polyurethane were synthesized.Two kinds of polyurethane are synthesized with chain extender containing ion groups,which are introduced in the area of hard segments of polyurethane molecular chain.The synthesis of ionic polyurethane were characterized by NMR,IR,GPC,XRD,and so on.Experimental results show that the target product is synthesized successful,and the weight-average molecular weight of the synthesized ionic polyurethane reach 35,000.?2?The IPMC material is prepared by plating electrode in ionic polyurethane surface.Silver and graphene were selected as an electrode material in this paper.The electrode layer and the polyurethane bend together uniformly and intimately,which is observed by a scanning electron microscope photo of IPMC.We found that the IPU-based IPMC has some electromechanical conversion performance,but its blocking force and displacement is less than those in the Nafion-based IPMC material.?3?The IPU-based IPMC material is modified with GO.The results showed that the IPMC material prepared with IPU-GO nano composite membrane has better actuating performance.When the mass ratio of IPU and GO is 1:1,the blocking force of IPMC reach up to 5 gf·g-1 which is3.4 times of pure ionic polyurethane IPMC material.?4?We found that pure GO can form three layer structure similar with IPMC after surface situ reduction.Its actuation performance test results show that the material does have electromechanical conversion performance.The displacement reaches 0.3%and the blocking force reaches 10 gf·g-1,which are close to the Nafion-based IPMC.The most outstanding advantage is that its fatigue resistance is very good.The GO actor has a lot of advantages,such as simple structure,easy preparation,low price,etc.?5?In this thesis,the shape memory properties of sulfonic acid polyurethane was studied to achieve the multiple triggering of the IPMC material.The results showed that the shape memory performance of ionic polyurethane is better than that of nonionic polyurethane.
