Carbon nanotubes are representative carbon materials with one dimensional structure.Owing to the characteristic mechanical properties,relatively large surface area,good conductivity as well as the electrochemical stability,Carbon nanotubes(CNT)had been well studied in the past decades.Here we synthesized the multi acid-carbon tubes and metal-carbon tubes multifunctional nanomaterials by combining the ultrasonic and combustion method.Carbon nanotubes were prepared based on ferrocene catalyzed Chemical vapor deposition(CVD)and selected as starting materials.Biomass carbon nanotubes were prepared using non-catalyst programmed temperature method based on home-built anodic aluminum oxide template carbon nanotubes.Biomass materials including corn stalk and weed were used as the carbon source.Characterization and structure analysis were performed using Raman Spectrometry,.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)and Transmission electron microscope(TEM).Cellulose,hemicellulose as well as lignin were extracted from corn stalks,cotton stalks and weeds by the treatment of low-carbon solvent.AAO template was prepared with secondary anodization and oxalic acid served as the electrolyte.Then,programmed temperature method was preformed to prepare the biomass carbon nanotubes(CNTs),lignin was used as carbon source.Products were confirmed to be successfully synthesized with following Raman Spectroscopy,SEM and TEM analysis;Compared with conventional template method,our synthesis route is simple,environmental friendly and catalyst independent.Also,our products(CNTs)were straight and regular shaped.The effects of biomass raw materials on the carbon nanotubes was also investigated in our work.Biomass-carbon nanotubes were prepared under the same conditions with corn stalk,cotton stalk and weeds based carbon source respectively.The source of lignin directly affects the quality of carbon nanotubes,such as the degree of graphitization and defects based on Ramen spectroscopy,SEM and TEM analysis.Best quality of carbon nanotubes was obtained with corn stalk as the carbon source.However,the morphology of carbon nanotubes was completely rely on pore structure of AAO template and was independent from the lignin source.Finally,We synthesized the multi acid and metal based carbon multifunction materials Using carbon nanotubes,prepared by CVD method.We use ultrasonic method to successfully synthesized acid-carbon multifunctional materials Copper-carbon nanomaterials were prepared with anaerobic sintering method.There were strong chemical bonds between multi acid,metal and carbon nanotubes in our synthesized new composite materials according to the Ramen spectroscopy,SEM and TEM analysis.Thermal stability was significantly improved compared with the parent acids.Our innovation is that,on the basis of previous work,we modify the conventional template carbon nanotubes synthesized method and improve the product quality significantly.Carbon source of raw materials came from the cheap the readily available corn stalks,cotton stalks and weeds,replacing the expensive organic solvent.Productions cost were lowered and experiment procedure were simplified due to the non-catalyst synthesis route.This method prevent the air pollution caused by burning straw,and hereby is well potentially in economic and social impact.Also,useing ultrasonic method method result in new type acid-carbon nanotubes composite materials and the investigation on the mechanism of the interaction between acid and carbon nanotubes would definitely contribute to the acid based synthesis and expand the practical applications of acid and carbon nanotubes.
