Triazole and its derivatives ligands play an important role in the fileds of optics,magnetics,function materials,biology,Medicine and agronomy,and so on.lt had received significant attention during recent years,not only because of their intriguing variety of architectures and topologies but also their functional diversity Aminotriazole and its derivatives ligands not only have more coordination modes astriazole but also have hydrogen-bond interaction of amino group.As a result they can build variety structure and novel function of bifunctional compounds.Amino-triazole carboxyl ligands have difunctional coordination groups,which be superior to triazole.In this paper,twelve complexes have been prepared by the reaction of bis(1-carboxyl-5-amion-1H-1,2,4-triazole)(H2L1),3-carboxyl-5-amion-1H-1,2,4-triazole(H2L2),bis(5-amion-1H-1,2,4-triazole)methane(H2L3)with different transition 3d metals and characterized by X-ray diffraction single crystal structure determination,powder diffraction,element analysis and IR spectra.In addition,the CD spectra and the stability in solution of some complexes were discussed.The interaction between some of these complexes and BSA has also been researched.The main work in the paper includes four chapters:Chapter One:We introduce the development of the coordination polymers including synthetic method and influencing factors,as well astriazole derivatives ligands,amino triazole derivatives ligands and amino triazole carboxylic acid ligands.Chapter Two:Three complexes,namely:[Ni(L1)(H2O)2]n(1);[Co(L1)(H2O)2]n(2);[Zn(H2L1)2(Cl)2]n(3)based on H2L1 have been prepared via solvothermal treatment.The crystal structure analysis reveals that complexes(1)?(3)are all 3-D networks,where the adjacent metal centers are connected by H2L1 ligands.Complex(1)and(2)belong to the tetragonal P41212 space group,the CD spectra showing that(1)and(2)are chiral complexes.The magnetic property studies indicate that(1)and(2)showed the weak antiferromagnetic behavior.(3)belongs to the monoclinic P21/c space group,Zn(?)ions are bridged each other through ?2-Cl and H2L1 to furnish three-dimensional network structure.Chaper Three:Four complexes,namely {[Co(HL2)2(H2O)2]·2H2O}(4),{[Zn(HL2)2(HZO)2]·2H2O}(5),?[Cu(HL2)2(HZO)2]·2H2O}(6),[Cu3(L2)(HL2)2(?3-OH)(HZO)2]NO3·6H2O(7)based on H2L2 have been prepared.complexes(4)?(6)are mononuclear complexes,every asymmetric unit contains two ligands,a metal ion and two water molecules.The crystal structure analysis reveals that complex(7)is a 0-D Cu3 cluster,every asymmetric unit contains three ligands,three copper ions,Cu(?)ions are bridged each other through ?3-O to furnish 3 D pore structure.these complexes have been characterized by the element analyses,the IR spectra and pwoder diffraction.The interaction between(4),(5)and bovine serum albumin(BSA)under physiological conditions was investingated by UV-VIS spectra and CD spectra.we found that the complexes of amide ligand on the effect of BSA was obvious effect.Chaper Four:Five complexes,namely:[Zn(H2L3)(Cl)2](8),[Fe(H2L3)2(H2O)2](Cl)2·HZO(9),[Cu(H2L3)(C2O2)(EtOH)](10),[Cd3Cl6(H2L3)2(EtoH)2·]n(11),{[Mn(H2L3)(C2O4)]·H2O}n(12)based on H2L3 have been prepared.The crystal structure analysis reveals that(8)-(10)are mononuclear complexes.Compound(11)is a 3-D clathrate formed by the HZL3 ligands and ?2-Cl atom connecting the trinuclear cadmium units.(12)is a 3-D network formed by the H2L3 ligands and ?2-(C2O4)connecting the dinuclear manganese units.The interaction between(8),(9)and bovine serum albumin(BSA)under physiological conditions was investingated by UV-VIS spectra and CD spectra.we found that the complexes of amide ligand on the effect of BSA was obvious effect.
