| In this paper, we synthesised organo-diphosphonic acid: H2O3PCH(Ph)NH(CH2)2NH(Ph)CHPO3H2 [ethane-1, 2- diamino- N, N' -bis(benzyl phosphonic )acid ] (H4edbbp) and obtained its novel cobalt diphosphonate complexes(1) Co3(Hedbbp)2[NH2(CH2)2NH2]3·7H2O . by hydrothermal. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic, space group P1|-, in the structure of [NH2(CH2)2NH2]3Co3(Hedbbp)2 · 7H2O(1), there are seven water moleculars, chelate [Co(en)3]2+ and dimeric unite( [Co2(Hedbbp)2]2-) , the [Co2(Hedbbp)2]2- is contected with [Co(en)3]2+ by hydrogen bonds , which forms one-dimension chain structure, There are two isolated metal ions exit in the compound in crystallographic, Col is five-coordinate, however, Co3 adopted six-coordinated pattern.We obtained another organic ligand: [(4,6-dimethyl-2-pyrimidinyl)thio]acetic acid(Hdmpytaa) and prepared its two complexes:[Cu2(dmpytaa)4(CH3OH)2]·3CH3OH (2)and Pb2(dmpytaa)4·2H2O (3) which were all determined by the X-ray single crystal analysis.The compound of [Cu2(dmpytaa)4(CH3OH)2]·3CH3OH (2) crystallizes in the triclinic, space group P1|-, the copper atom is six-coordinated, there are Cu-Cu metal bond and a dimeric unite which formed by four Hdmpytaa and two methanol moleculars. the complex can be viewed as a supramolecular compound which is joined together by hydrogen bonds and π-π contact.The compound of Pb(dmpytaa)2·2H2O (3) also crystallizes in the triclinic, space group P1|-, the center metal is eight-coordinated, the plumbum atom is coordinated to eight oxygen atoms ,the six of which are coming from carboxyl group of Hdmpytaa, and the two others are water moleculars, the bridging mode of carboxyl expands the unite into one-dimension chain, the compound is also a supramolecular compound which is connected by π-π contact. |
