The thesis mainly studies the synthesis of indole-2-carboxylates in the presence of copper catalysts,and the Michael addition of ?-diketones with acrylates under the condition of high energy ball milling.The thesis consists of two parts.In the first part,we studied the synthesis of indole-2-carboxylates in the presence of the coupling reaction of 2-amino-3-phenylacrylates.The effects of solvent,base,catalyst,temperature and reaction time on the yields were discussed.two types of indole-2-carboxylates were obtained.The advantages of this process include mild reaction condition,low cost and simple operation.In the second part,we studied the Michael addition of ?-diketones with acrylates under high-energy ball milling condition.The effects of catalyst,base,milling time and frequency on the yields were discussed.Compared with traditional methods,the advantages of this process include short reaction time,no solvents and no ligands.This method conforms to the direction of the development of green chemistry.
