The Research Of Tight Volleyball Structure Based On The Dynamic Body And The Property Of Fabrics

The main purpose of this paper is to adjust and design the pattern with the conclusions that obtained from the literature and experimental research,to explore a new method to obtained a pattern that more meet the requirements.In this paper,the main research method is literature analysis and the experimental data analysis.First,summarizes related conclusions,such as volleyball sport's characteristics,sport requirements,human body characteristics,the relationship between pressure,body and fabric,etc.through data collection and analysis.Followed by a series of experiments to measure human data under volleyball pose,then analyze those data to understand how volleyball pose influence on the body surface size.Third,get the basic pattern of natural standing body using the adhesive tape and plastic wrap.Finely,adjust the basic pattern according to the conclusions of literature and data analysis.Through the analysis of literature and data analysis,the results show that the skin near the front axillary point,the rear axillary point and hip stretch in longitudinal direction,and the skin around the front wide line and rear wide line stretch in latitude direction,so those parts need enough ease size.Waist and under-breast circumference require proper pressure.The parts of armpits,chest,back,waist circumference sweat easily.By analyzing the problems appeared in the processed of adjusting,we know not only the surface size variation but also the rule of variation and feasibility of pattern should be considered.
