| With the equipment upgrade in downstream customer,the weaving speed and weaving efficiency of textile machine increased rapidly,so unwinding performance of DTY is required higher and higher,at the same time,micro porous fiber is a important development direction of the difference nylon.But with the product development process,in addition to solve the physical property,the service performance of product is the most concern.Therefore,further improve of DTY unwinding performance could met the requirements of customers,improve product quality and competitiveness.DTY unwinding performance is a comprehensive problem,there are three factors could impact on the DTY unwinding performance,including fabrication facilities,production process of DTY and roll forming process.Considering about the deficiencies of the part of current equipment company’s roll forming system,this paper will from the point of view of the winding forming principle firstly,and focuses on the analysis the factors of roll forming process which including the causes of roll overlapping layer and the influence of the unwinding performance.In order to understand the current package anti-aliasing by the means of analysis the control means that including transverse velocity Vx,winding speed Vy and edge control transverse interference and so on;Exploring the changes of DTY unwinding performance under different conditions via analysis the other factors of influencing DTY unwinding performance that including equipment,raw materials and production process,especially on the analysis of the equipment,and find out the factors that equipment effect on the unwinding performance.Exploring the production process of DTY by different ratio(D/Y ratio),temperature,oil content,roll hardness condition,and improved the DTY unwinding performance.After analyzing the factors of the unwinding properties,in combination with DTY downstream processes in various fields of analytical performance requirements DTY unwinding,we transformed the electric and software of equipment to improve machine’s winding control precision and flexibility.The study has selected the appropriate process to develop the excellent unwinding performance of DTY and improved the usability of DTY.The purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical basis and technical support for the DTY production of Xinhui Meida nylon Ltd.,and to improve the unwinding performance of DTY further. |
