| As an important unit of gravure press,the unwinding unit of gravure press determines the efficiency and printing quality of the whole machine in function.In this paper,taking the roll-out unit prototype of ALT-AY004 gravure printing machine of a certain unit as an example,we have conducted in-depth research and market research,improved the design and optimization of the original model and completed the design and manufacture of the new model based on customer demand and the standard of improving the economic efficiency of printing products.The main research and development work of this paper are as follows:(1)Re-planning the film-piercing route of the unwinding unit to make room for the built-in overturning frame in the rational layout of the internal structure of the unwinding unit so as to reduce the length of the die piercing and improve the economic benefits.(2)The independent turret unwinding structure is replaced by the built-in unwinding frame structure,which shortens the space and reduces the production cost.(3)Torque analysis and calculation of coil under constant speed,acceleration and deceleration,and selection of coil servo motor,determination of transmission ratio and checking calculation combined with calculation results.(4)The floating tension control is used instead of the original torque tension control to improve the stability of the film under working conditions,reduce the fluctuation of the film tension,and make the film more stable under micro-tension operation and high-speed operation.By optimizing the design of printing press control system,spindle traction mechanism,floating roll mechanism and overall film-piercing route,the unwinding part of the printing press can run smoothly at400 m/min speed,keep the tension constant,and ensure that the roll can be flat and wrinkle-free,and move smoothly and evenly into the printing unit,so as to do a good job in the early stage for the implementation of the follow-up printing process. |
