Aiming at the analogy method of the traditional shearer conceptual design,which only depends on the experience of the designer and lack of scientific reasoning model,the case-based reasoning technique and model-based reasoning technique was combined for shearer conceptual design,to take full advantage of accumulated experience in enterprise and a large number of implicit knowledge and rules in shearer design examples.The improved nearest neighbor algorithm was used to searche the most similar case,if there is no such instance,then model-based reasoning.A shearer conceptual design model based on GA-SVR was put forward,which was oriented to the determination process of the Shearer overall parameters and combined RS(Rough Set),SVR(Support Vector Regression)and GA(Genetic Algorithm).RS is used to extract the attribute reduction and decision rules,SVR is utilized to realize the mapping between the customer requirement and the shearer overall parameters,and GA is used to optimize model parameters.Finally,the optimal plan of product conceptual design could be obtained,as long as designers adjust the parameters.On the basis of these studies,shearer conceptual design system was developed based on UG software under the Windows 7 operating system,which combined with vs 2010 and SQL sever2008,used C++as a programming language and UG/OPEN API and UG/Open MenuScript as development tools.The system,which is automatic,knowledgeable and intelligent,can provide users an optimal overall design scheme.In other words,users input primitive conditions,the system automatically determines the overall technical parameters according to the original condition.It ensures the correctness of the system after the system test.Engineering examples verify the objectivity,effectiveness and accuracy of the method.
