Industrial VOC emissions have always been one of the focuses of the society,China as one of the world's biggest textile country whose atmospheric VOC emissions gets more attention of the enterprise and society while the atmospheric environment situation has becoming more and more serious at home and abroad especially The us EPA VOC emissions caps on textile industry came into effect.In this study,according to the common dyeing and finishing process,to explore the VOC gas species emission in the typical manufacturing process which contains heat setting,durable press finishing on cotton fabric and printing.among them Spandex agent,Polyester agent,Viscose fiber oil agent has been involved,printing which involving the heat transfer printing and Pigment printing.In this topic,to collect the gas samples in the heat treatment which tested by GC-MS through the simulation of the actual production process,to identify the different VOC species in each process by GC-MS and standard spectra under same conditions,getting the total VOC and processing temperature changes in the relationship with the same test conditions.In addition,Using Infrared spectrometer to test each source of VOC emissions further to determine different types VOC in each dyeing and finishing process.We can see that from the experiment,it is concluded that in spandex oil heat setting(170??200?),the VOC release mainly concentrated in aromatic ring classes and amine,in which amine for the subject;In polyester oil heat setting(180??210?),the release of VOC mainly are alkane and naphthalene ring;In viscose fiber agents heat setting(150??180?),the release of VOC mainly are aldehydes,olefin and alkynes,in which olefin takes the majority;In cotton fabric durable press finishing(140??170?),emission of VOC are esters and aldehydes;In heat transfer printing(transfer temperature between 170??200?),VOC species of transfer printing paper(blank)are aldehydes,ketones,phenols and aromatic hydrocarbons;in transfer printing paper with the color are aldehydes,ketones,alcohols,esters and amine compounds;During textile pigment printing process(110??150?),the VOC emissions from adhesive species are ketone and amine,the thickening agent is mainly alkane.the amount of VOC continues to grow with the temperature increasing in every process.
