At present,the pure aluminum production widely uses three-layer liquid electrolytic purifying method,zone melting method,directional solidification method in the industrial.But the three-layer liquid electrolytic purifying method has the disadvantages such as the great power consumption,the lower level of mechanization and so on.The zone melting method and directional solidification method has the lower yield,higher cost and also not achieving industrial-scale production.For semiconductor industry,the main of the production method is the Siemens and directional solidification method.From the environment,the cost of production,the scale of production,these methods cannot meet the market needs.Therefore,a method with economic,high efficiency,no industrial pollution and becoming the industry of scale is demand.Researching the principle of the rotary segregation technology,exploring the single body of the refinement processes,determining the mechanism of crystal growth,obtaining the purification effect and giving the effective segregation coefficient of the iron or silicon in the aluminum with this device has been done by this equipment with a large number of purification experiments.The opinions about the reforming the device has been given by encountering the problem in the experiment and analyzing the Purification material.According to the requirements of the aluminum production characteristics,we can guess the possibility of continuous production for aluminum and silicon and also the method of the continuous production process.The results indicated that:The effective segregation coefficient of the impurity inAluminum can be reduced partly by the self-made instrument.The extraction effect is also improved by the increased rpm of the equipment.All the crystal of the purified aluminum is growing from the seamy side to the outside face on the radial growth.The growth direction is also equivalent to the directional solidification.The eutectic impurity can be discharged from interior to exterior,but the peritectic impurity can't be eliminated by this equipment.We calculate the effective segregation coefficient and the impurity of the purified aluminum,finding that the gap of the calculation result and the actual value is not big.The product quality can be judged quickly by the computer-aided calculation in industrial production.We also deduce the possibility of continuous production for aluminum and silicon by the single experiment effect.
