The technology of Solid expandable tube can significantly reduce drilling costs and shorten the construction time.In the future,it will fundamentally chang the drilling technology for oil in the deep and complex geological conditions.,and it will have great economic and social benefits.This paper is based on the researches that large number of scholars at home and abroad on has done,through the systematic study and lots of experiments for the technology of Solid expandable tube connection and processing technology,it clarifies the central issueof the technology of Solid expandable tube connection.The study includes the process principles for expandable casing technology,the designes and selections about expansion cone,special thread designs of expansion tubes,riveting set designs of expansion pipe,structure design for expansion transmitter of expansion tubes,mechanical performance calculations and it's software devolopment both about casing before expansion and after expansion sleeve.This paper focuses on the core problem of the technology of Solid expandable tube connection,researches the stress states of a variety of special specifications expansion pipe nipple swelling deformation in different conditions before and after the expansion,deformation mechanism,using finite element analysis and physical testing means,and analysising the stress states and performance changes of different expansion pipe deformation to obtain swelling deformation conditions on the expansion pipe joint performance,create physical expansion pipe plastic deformation and mechanical performance prediction model calculation software,work out expansion pipe nipple preparation preparing process,Guide entity expansion pipe joint technology development preparation,physical evaluation and construction work.
