In recent years,the shortage of cotton resources and the conventional polyester overcapacity,that gave birth to the domestic "like" cotton boom.Using a variety of techniques to conventional polyester modified the structure of "reform",called profiled polyester.Studying on the heat moisture transfer of profiled polyester fabric is an important index of super Imitation cotton fabric heat moisture comfort.Papers selected the different organizational structure of the profiled polyester(three leaf)fabrics and ordinary polyester fabrics,using the heat and moisture transfer device,testing the moisture absorption,moisture resistance,moisture permeability and heat transfer properties of fabrics under different conditions.Discussed the warp/weft density,organization structure,material,temperature and humidity on the absorption of moisture,moisture resistance,moisture permeability;tested the heat transfer performance of the dry/wet fabric,including heat preservation rate,coefficient of heat transfer,heat resistance,etc.The experimental results show that:the moisture absorption performance of profiled polyester fabric is better than that of common polyester fabric;The balance of the fabric moisture regain increased with the temperature fell slightly;Increased with the increasing of the relative humidity;the Fabric filtration rate varies faster with the rise of temperature;Profiled polyester fabric of moisture transmission decreases with the increase of warp/weft density,increased with the rise of temperature,and increased with the rise of humidity;Profiled polyester fabric heat transfer effect is better than that of common polyester fabric,the fabric heat transfer coefficient decreases with the increase of warp/weft density,wet fabric heat transfer effect is better than dry heat transfer effect.The paper selects two equilibrium moisture regain model,for fabric moisture absorption process to simulate the experimental data.GAB model determination coefficient R2 were higher than 0.97,and the relative prediction error E is less than 10%,GAB model fitting effect is good,can be simulated under different temperature and humidity,the balance of the special-shaped polyester fabric moisture regain.
