Aromatic pollutants?dye,nitrophenol?and toxic metals?mercury,lead,cadmium,zinc,etc.?are important issues which are crucial to human health in the 21st century.Therefore,it is important for environmental science,medical science and material science to develop a new technology for:?a?environmental pollution treatment with the characteristics of green,high efficient,economy,and easy and?b?drug carriers which could reduce the toxic effects and improve the stability of anticancer drug.A new photo catalyst,drug carrier,and heavy metal biomolecule coordination polymers have been desigened by functional self-assembly method and the details were shown as follows.?1?Via the sol-gel method,nanocomposite Fe3O4@SiO2@TiO2 has been prepared and then Fe3O4@SiO2@TiO2-Gaphene was synthesized by simple hydrothermal method,using Fe3O4@SiO2@TiO2 and graphene oxide.Using visual light irradiation and this material as photocatalyst for replacing Fe3O4@SiO2@TiO2 and commercial P25,the degradation ratio of methylene blue could be enhanced 280%and 171%,respectively.This photocatalyst could be separated magnetically and reused.After recycling 10 circulations,the photocatalytical activity of this material could be kept 89.73%.?2?A facile and effective procedure for preparation of nano-sized Fe3O4@graphene yolk-shell nanoparticles via hydrothermal method is developed.Moreover,the targeting properties of the materials for anticancer drug?doxorubicin hydrochloride,DOX?delivery are investigated.Excitingly,these hybrid materials possess favorable dispersibility,good superparamagnetism?the magnetic saturation value is 45.740 emu/g?.Specially,when the concentration of DOX was 300?g/mL,the saturated loading capacity of Fe3O4@graphene was 2.65 mg/mg,with a good effective loading of 88.3%.More importantly,the nanocomposites own the properties of strong pH-triggered drug release response?at the pH value of 5.6 and 7.4,the releasing rate was 24.86%and 10.28%,respectively?,as well as biocompatibility over a broad concentration range?0.25-100?g/mL,with cell viability of98.52%,in the concentration of 100?g/mL?,which should have a bright future in the biorelated applications.?3?Heavy metal biomolecule coordination polymers?MBioCPs?,the peptides analogs biomimetic materials,are important functional units in building biological structure.Here,under the fixed temperature of 37 oC?human body temperature?,different chiral amino acid?L,D,and DL?have been used to prepare and control the properties of the novel Cd?II?/cysteine?Cys?MBioCPs,the self-assembly material,with different morphology,rates of crystalline growth and electrical properties.Furthermore,density functional theory?DFT?simulation was used to understand the chirality affected properties of Cd?II?/Cys MBioCPs.The chirality controlled properties of MBioCPs makes such materials attractive for the development and applications of chiral nanoscale devices.
