Ions play very important role in nature and science reseach. It is a focus for chemistry workers to detect and recognize ions.It has been a rapidly developing field to design and synthesis chemosensors which can bind to a various of ions.Especially, research of chemosensors containing new structure, high sensitivity and good resolution is developing rapidly now.Imidazole, amide and urea are common blocks in acceptors, which can form hydrogen bonds with anions via N-H,bind to cations via N atom,or connect coordination group or chromophore group. For this reason they are widely used in ions recognition research.Diarylethene and azo-compounds are two classes of common photochromatic materials, which are widely used in research of chemosensors. In this article, imidazole containing recognition cole was used as a bridge to connect phenanthrene which showed good fluorescence property and pyrrole with recognition cole.So that a fluorescent sensor which showed good recognition properties towards cations and anions was synthesized.A series of anion receptors in which diarylethene and azobenzene was used as bridge block and linked to recognition group amide or urea respectively were synthesized. The detailed contents are described as follows:1.A new fluorescent sensor based on imidazole bridge group-was synthesized.UV-vis spectrum, florescence spectrum and NMR technology were used to study its recognition property. It displayed high selectivity towards Hg2+ and I-,which indicated that it could be used as fluorescence sensor for Hg2+ and I-.2.Two diarylethene compounds, containing amide group and urea group respectively, were synthesized. Its photochromic property and recognition property were detected by UV-vis spectrum and NMR technology. Both of them showed good photochromic property and high selectivity towards F-.3.Two azo-compounds based on urea were synthesized, whose photochromic property and recognition property were studied by UV-vis spectrum. While their photochromic properties were not perfect but they showed high selectivity towards F-.
