Anoectochilus roxburghii is a kind of rare perennial herbal medicine with many names like 'Bird Ginseng' and 'LonghairyAntenoron Herb'.The most active ingredients in A.roxburghii are polysaccharide,flavonoids and alkaloid et al.The traditional methods of drying A.roxburghii are mainly airflow drying(AD)and solarization,which are time consuming and low profits.In addition,the general powdering method is unfavourable for dissolving out the active ingredients of A roxburghii,resulting the low medicinal value.The current experiment studied the best process of drying,ultra-fine powder,and the effect of extractive of A.roxburghii powder on mice which injuried by alcoholic hepatic.It provides the favorably scientific theoretical foundation for the further development and effective utilization of A.roxburghii.The main research contents and results of this experiment are as follows:1.In this experiment,the methods of hot-air drying,microwave vacuum-drying(MVD)and vacuum freeze-drying(FD)on quality of A.roxburghii were investigated.The effects of each method on the sensory attributes including form,colour,smell;energy consumption including unit energy consumption,drying time,total drying time;effective constituent including flavonoids content,polysaccharide content of A.roxburghii were compared.The objective of this experiment was to find out the best drying method of A.roxburghii and the datas showed that the MWVD was the most suitable method for A.roxburghii.2.In this experiment,The microwave power,vacuum degree and carrying capacity were used as factors to find out the optimal processing technology of MVD on A.roxburghii by the response surface method.Moreover,the flavonoids content and polysaccharide content were measured.The data showed that the best processing technology of MVD was as follow:microwave power of 3100W,vacuum degree of-75kPa,and carrying capacity of 320g.3.In this experiment,the optimal processing technology of ultra-fine powderon A.roxburghii was researched by using the orthogonal experimental design.The feed composition,water content and milling time were used as factors.The crush size of D50 and D90 were as indexes.The datas showed that the best processing technology of ultra-fine powder was as follow:feed composition of 70%,water content of 6%,and milling time of 7 minutes.4.1n this experiment,the effect of extractive of A.roxburghii powder on alcoholic hepatic injury in mice was researched.The datas showed that the extractive of A.roxburghii powder had a high effect on dealcoholichugan,it could commendably control the change of aspertate aminotransferase(AST)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)which were rising with alcoholic liver damage.And the different dose groups of ultrafine Anoectochilus could control the activity of AST and ALT in mouse serum differently,it showed that the effect of ultrafine Anoectochilus had a very significant dose-dependent.The testing results of liver pathology showed that the size of hepatic cells which were from A.roxburghii powder group and Yiganling group were similar,the necrotic degree of hepatic cells were better than the other model groups.A.roxburghii powder could protect hepatic cell and reduce the permeability of hepatocytic membrane.
