Machine tool industry as the carrier of advanced manufacturing technology and equipment of the basic means of production,is the foundation of the equipment manufacturing industry equipment,with the continuous development of machine tool manufacturing industry,puts forward higher requirements on accuracy of machine tools.Repositioning precision machine tool positioning and is an important research part of the machine tool accuracy,it directly affect the machining positioning function,also is the fundamental guarantee of machining parts quality.For batch parts production,it is very important for the consistency of parts processing,it puts forward higher requirements on accuracy stable.This topic comes from "high-end CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment" major science and technology subject "water chamber head and milling machining center important parts processing technology research zx04002(2001-2001)".This article mainly aimed at the machine tool CXK5463X50/150 JiaGongShui chamber head,in ensure the processing quality and consistency,repositioning precision positioning and stability problems of nc machine tools for the following research.Positioning and repositioning precision transmission features of nc machine tools are analyzed,the influence factors of extraction and repositioning precision positioning and,and to establish its influencing factors between the variables and the evaluation index calculating model,and then evaluate repositioning precision positioning and stable.Load is the machine tool basic conditions for the combination of surface deformation of the transmission parts and therefore load general description and calculation of nc machine tools,establish a system of machine's load balance and,in the process of load transfer for surface deformation analysis.Through the cutting experiment,measurement of different cutting parameters corresponding to the combination of the error distribution,and will get the combination of surface error values measured in Matlab for data fitting,get known parameters under the condition of surface error distribution and distribution,finally,the control of cutting parameters,reduce the surface machining error,error distribution surface initiation to known model,using the finite element analysis model of deformation,and exposes surface machining error of orientation and the influence of the repetitive positioning accuracy.Through further transmission parts of nc machine tools,ring gear and arc rack function and structural analysis and establish the mechanical model,in view of the ring gear rack in arc important surface deformation analysis,under the condition of known load,and related assembly constraints,the assembly,tooth surface deformation,deformation of tooth surface wear simulation calculation,and then realizes the positioning and repositioning precision index calculating.Analysis and extract the repositioning precision positioning and working mesa parts influence factors and determine the factors influencing parameters,establish with the positioning and repositioning precision index calculating model,and gives the influence parameter range as and repetitive positioning accuracy evaluation criterion,set up parametric control flow chart is relationship,realize the repositioning precision positioning and stability evaluation.
