In this paper,we prepared epoxy resin featured heat-resistant,EP was used as matrix,the production of EP/lignin composite by blending method and EP/SiO2 composite by in site were carried out.The structure and property of obtained EP composite materials were characterized by FTIR,TG and SEM.Through optimizing the experimental formula and improving processing technology,we can provide theoretical basis for the production of EP composite materials featured heat-resistant.The structure and thermal stability of lignin were characterized by FTIR,SEM and TG.The result of FTIR implies that the structure of lignin including C=O and aromatic group.The SEM clearly showed that partial lignin clumping.The TG analysis showed that lignin began to decompose at 200?,the weight lose rate maximum when the temperature was 309?.The research of EP/lignin composite materials implies that we can prepare EP/lignin composite materials with the best toughness and the best heat resistent when the smash time of lignin is 4min and the partical size distribution of lignin is between 400nm and 500nm and the amount of lignin is 15phr.Its thermal deformation temperature is 74.5? and bending strength is 16.3Mpa.The TG analysis showed that with the increasing amount of lignin,the heat resistance of EP/lignin composite materials is increased.In the study of EP/SiO2,we focused on the effects of the SiO2 preparation conditions and SiO2 amounts on the characters of EP/SiO2 composite materials.We found that when the SiO2 was prepared by sol-gel,the PH and different solvent have an effect on the property of EP/SiO2,the mechanical performance of EP/SiO2 composite materials exhibits good toughness when the silicon dioxide was produced in weak acidic solution such as THF.FTIR shows SiO2 was attached to EP in the form of chemical bonding.The TG curve implies that with the increasing amount of SiO2,the heat-resistance of EP/SiO2 composite materials was noticeable increased.When the amount of SiO2 was 7.5phr,the obtained EP/SiO2 composite materials exhibit the best heat resistance.To sum up,we can use both lignin and SiO2 to noticeable increase the heat resistance of EP,when the amount of lignin is 15phr,the obtained EP resin showed the best heat resistance,when the amount of SiO2 was 7.5phr,the prepared EP resin also exhibits the best heat resistance.
