Constructed wetland system has drawn widespread attention all over the world because of high decontamination rate, low cost and garden landscape.By random sampling, thalia, vetiver, reeds in wuyishan sewage treatment plants compared with corresponding plants in control group, and the significance of LSD-t test was analyzed.Ecological stoichiometry of artificial wetland plant and soil system were studied to provide a theoretical basis for the coupling relationship in time of C,N,P change characteristics of wetland soil ecological system in different growth stages.Besides, more theoretical basis should be provided for future research of wetland plant resources by studying heavy metal accumulation and nutrient elements variation,to understand the dynamics of heavy metal accumulation and provide evidence for the development and utilization of wetland plants after harvest.(1)Height,relative growth rate and daily growth rate of each group were respectively significantly higher than that of corresponding contrast group.Biomass and daily growth rate of each group were respectively significantly higher than that of contrast group.Biomass of stem was higher than corresponding leaf. The relative growing rate of plants, aboveground daily growing rate of plants, daily growing rate of different organs in plants increased by organism growth. There was a positive correlation between aboveground daily growing rate of plants and relative growing rate of plants, the same between daily growing rate of different organs in plants and relative growing rate of plants.(2)C content of each group were increased gradually, the same with N,P.C content in stem of plants were significantly higher than corresponding leaf. The largest of N content in different stage was 1.916%,the smallest was 0.832%.The largest of P content in different stage was 0.218%,the smallest was 0.177%.The largest of C/N ratio in different stage was 15.340,the smallest was 13.689.The largest of C/P ratio in soil was 29.079,the smallest was 26.398.The largest of N/P ratio in soil was 3.441,the smallest was 3.073.The C/N ratio in stem of plants were significantly higher than corresponding leaf. The largest of C/P ratio was 276.838,the smallest was 251.221.The largest of N/P ratio in differernt stage was 9.093,the smallest was 3.544.The N/P ratio in stem of plants were significantly lower than corresponding leaf.(3)Content of Mn,Fe,K,Ca,Mg of each goup were significantly higher than that of corresponging contrast group.Mn,Fe,Ca,Mg in Leaf were significantly higher than stem, while K in stem was significantly higher than leaf. There was a positive correlation between K content in different organ of plants and relative growing rate of plants, the same with Mg,contrary to Fe,Ca.Content of Cd,Pb,Zn,Cr,Cu of each goup were significantly higher than that of contrast group.Cd Content of stem were significantly higher than corresponding leaf.Cu Content of leaf were significantly higher than corresponding stem.Cd,Pb,Zn,Cr,Cu accumulation of groups was significantly higher than that of corresponging contrast group.Cd of leaf was significantly better than stem.Pb,Zn,Cr of stem were significantly higher than corresponding leaf. The content rank of heavy metal elements in plants was differernt. After harvest,Cd content was between 0.048 and 0.117 mg·kg-1,Pb content was between 18.031 and 23.813 mg·kg-1,Zn content was between 36.563 and 96.563 mg·kg-1,Crontent was between 10.782 and 18.750 mg·kg-1,Cuontent was between 31.25 and 45.125 mg·kg-1.
