Roadheader is an extremely complex machine and typical non-standard equipment,it is designed by specific requirements of the roadway engineering.How to design the roadheader rapidly according to the specific requirements is a problem that roadheader designers must always concern.In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology and information technology,some modern design technologies and the digitized design technologies are appearing.In the win7 64 system,digital design system for boom roadheader is designed by using Visual Studio 2010,SQL Server 2008 software.It Summaries boom roadheader design knowledge and experience,through the SQL Server 2008,establishes boom roadheader knowledge base(including the case base,rule base,model base,Parts Library),and realizes the machine design knowledge sharing and reuse.The traditional design for production and test of multiple prototype of boom roadheader consumes a large amount of material and financial resources.Digital design system of boom roadheader analysis can be carried out before the prototype manufacturing,it can modify some unreasonable design,reduce the prototype production,material and financial resources consumption.Boom roadheader traditional design process is serialized,the development of digital design system of roadheader also can be designed and implemented parallelization,which can make a design work carried out by multiple people at the same time,therefore it improves the design quality and speed of boom roadheader.Boom roadheader is made up by many parts,body part is boom roadheader skeleton,other parts(such as cutting,walking,shipping department)are installed on the body through a certain way.Because the installation location function body,the other part will transmit the load to the body,so the body often work under high load.The body part is welded,large load strength which is not enough for damage or deformation,these leads to decrease of boom roadheader performance.Firstly,according to the working characteristics of the cantilever roadheader,it selects four typical cases:from the bottom from right to left,cut from the top from right to left cut from left to right,from the top of the cutting,drilling from the lower right corner.It uses ANSYS,ADAMS and other software to do the simulation analysis of boom roadheader.
