Study On The High-count Yarn Of Australian Cotton Spun With Water-soluble Polyvinyl Alcohol

Because of the high incompatible micronaire and good quality,Australian cotton is widely used in low and medium yarn.However,it is different of the length and grade between cotton bags and bags.it contains a lot of non-fibrous seed small debris and short fiber content is relatively high,it is difficult for finer yarns' preparation.To solve this problem,we can use water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol blended with Australian wool,and then through PVA dissolution process,it can be spun into high count.Firstly,this paper adopts the water-soluble PVA short fiber and Australia cotton,respectively,through opening,carding,spinning and strips woven into roving,then use Sirospun by spinning textile yarn,and finally get PVA dissolution.We use PVA dissolution in water during the experiments,with appropriate temperature water to heated PVA dissolution which is according to the melting point of the water-soluble PVA.In order to improve the efficiency of back-dimensional,using the oxidation of hydrogen peroxide selected dimension retreat,with ultrasonic cavitation effect ultrasonic retreat dimensions and color reaction of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol fiber a under the condition of H3BO3,all these PVA with Australian cotton spinning PVA dissolution effects are studied.The results show that,for these with certain blending ratio by siro-spinning yarns,Through the research method and process under the condition of completely subsided water soluble PVA,and get the high count.Studies have shown that: if the temperature is higher than 50?,the PVA dissolution retreat dimension will be increased with the temperature rising;from the view of retirement dimensional time,under the temperature is greater than 50?condition,with the time goes by,the PVA dissolution rate are increases;for ultrasonic frequency,PVA dissolution rate at 80 KHz is greater than the rate of 45 KHz,and obtained after PVA dissolution,the Australia cotton yarn are more finer,if PVA dissolution totally,the yarn count will be twice as the before,and the fabric will be more soft and light.
