The water soluble fiber was prepared with the modified PVA as main body,of the production,the structure was analysed and its rheologic property was discussed.The performances's of water soluble fiber were token through some testing.Then,the water soluble performance of the polymer-blend fiber was introduced briefly by more experiments.The results showed:1) The modified PVA production contained amido with PVA modified by acrylamide and the modified ratio was more high with more additional acrylamide.A series of different water-soluble temperature fibers can be made by different modified ratio.Tg and Tm of the modified PVA were reduced by introduing amido.2) The parameters of rheology such as ηa △η , △E were prominently affected by shear rate,concentration of original fluid,acrylamide and temperature in the modified PVA-DMSO system.Rheologic property and spinnability could be improved by regulating them.The modified PVA-DMSO solutions showed rather good rheologic property at a concentration range of 14 ~ 15%,when the concentration exceeded 15%,the spinnability would go to the bad.3) The fiber could be made through modified experiments with low water soluble temperature and some useful mechanical performance,and the temperature would be reduced by inscreaing modified ratio.The more drawn ratio would be,the higher temperature would become.After adding 20% PVA1788,the water soluble temperature would be more declined while the useful mechanical performance was maintained.
